FlexFix Rapid Set is a two (2) Component cartridge system that contains a special proprietary blend of epoxies and urethanes that when cured form a material that has a 30% deflection while maintaining a tough, semi-rigid, chemical resistant surface.

1. Hairline cracks need to be cut open with a diamond saw blade. Clean repair area of all dirt, debris, algae and anything that may inhibit adhesion.

2. FlexFix Rapid Set is a two (2) component product, packaged in side by side dual cartridge tubes with a static mixing tip.

3. Remove protective sleeve and plugs from the tube set (some excess material under pressure may run out; let pressure relieve).

4. Place tube set in the dual component cartridge gun.

5. Important: Use a piece of paper or other disposable item to squeeze the excess material onto until both tubes are even.

6. Screw the static mixing tip onto the dual tubes.

7. Slowly trigger the gun to move the FlexFix Rapid Set down the static mixing tip. Apply some material to the disposable paper to insure product has mixed thoroughly in the tip before applying to repair.

8. In cracks or seams, apply by pushing the tip forward so as to force the FlexFix Rapid Set into the void. As the material fills the void and begins to come up in front of the tip, slowly continue to push forward to finish repair.

9. In holes or pitted areas, work from the center out. Also work from center to edges when smoothing the repair. As material sets and needs to be smoothed or “dressed”, use dish washing soap or do it with a light quick tapping motion so as not to give the material time to stick to your tools or fingers. It will stick to the tools even in water so take care to follow instructions.

Pool Putty

Pool Putty is a two-part, hand-moldable epoxy putty for concrete or Gunite pool repairs. Just cut, mix and fix, no need to drain pools to repair because it hardens under water. Once cured, it will not shrink or sag.

Acid Wash Aid

HCL Advantage is an additive for muriatic acid when acid washing pools. Adding HCL Advantage to a solution of muriatic acid and water will thicken the washing solution. A HCL and muriatic solution will adhere to pool walls longer making cleaning easier and safer.
